权鲜枝 律师

北京市隆安律师事务所高级合伙人、律师、专利代理师，清华大学计算机硕士、美国芝加哥肯特法学院法学硕士、中国政法大学在职博士，曾任最高人民法院知识产权案例基地专家，现任国际商标协会INTA LRC亚洲区主席、美国知识产权协会AIPLA WOMEN IN IP的亚洲区主席、日本知识产权协会（JIPA）讲师、中国政法大学兼职导师、北京朝阳律协知识产权研究会主任等社会职务。

权律师是隆安律师事务所知识产权团队的创始合伙人之一，带领最初的3人小组发展到现逾200人的专业团队，并屡创佳绩。隆安代理的案件数次获得中国专利金奖、每年都有案例入选最高院和各级法院发布的典型案，连续多年荣登ALB、钱伯斯的中国知产律所榜，并多次被评为“中国十大知识产权诉讼机构”。

权律师有在美国、日本留学工作经历，精通中英日语，为司法部首批全国千人涉外律师之一，具有国际化视野。从事知识产权行业以来，为国内外著名公司代理过数千件专利商标申请、上百件专利商标复审、无效、侵权案件，其代理的案件曾入选“最高人民法院知识产权法庭裁判要旨”、最高院“北京、上海、广州知产法院审结的14个典型案例”等，个人多次入选强国论坛“十佳专利律师”、“十佳商标律师”、“十佳知识产权大律师”，并荣登知产力&知产宝 “中国优秀知识产权律师榜TOP50榜单”。

权律师担任多家创业公司、民营公司、国有企业、事业单位、上市公司、外资跨国集团公司等的法律顾问，为客户提供公司治理、合同审核、知识产权、劳动人事等法律风险防范、企业投融资、私募基金、跨境并购、诉讼、仲裁等一系列法律服务，帮助客户运筹帷幄维护最大商业利益。此外，权律师连续8年组织WOMEN IN IP亚洲区的交流盛会并取得了良好效果；每月两次与国际同行交流如何为亚洲区知产法的改善建言献策；并通过朝阳律协举办知产讲座、开展课题调研等活动。被评为“2015-2018朝阳区优秀律师”、“ALB 2022中国十五佳女律师”。

在执业实践的同时，权律师坚持丰富理论知识，多年来，她笔耕不辍，主编了《中国专利法第三次修改要点》、《中国专利实务指南》等书，并在Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property、日本《发明》杂志连载、中国医药报等刊物发表多篇文章。

Cindy Xianzhi Quan

She is a Senior Partner, Lawyer and Patent Attorney of Beijing Long An Law Firm. She holds a Master's degree in computer science from Tsinghua University, a Master's degree in law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, USA, and an in-service doctor from China University of Political Science and Law. She used to be an expert in the intellectual property case base of the Supreme People's Court. She is currently the chair of INTA LRC Asia of the International Trademark Association, the chair of AIPLA WOMEN IN IP Asia of the American Intellectual Property Association, a Lecturer of Japan Intellectual Property Association (JIPA), a part-time tutor from China University of Political Science and Law, and the director of the intellectual property professional committee of Beijing Chaoyang Lawyers Association. 

Lawyer Quan is one of the founding partners of the intellectual property team of Beijing Long An Law Firm, and has led the initial three-person team to a professional team of more than 200 persons, and achieved great success. The cases represented by Long An won the China Patent Gold Award several times, and every year, some cases were selected into the typical cases issued by the Supreme People's Court and courts at all levels. Long An has been listed in Chinese intellectual property law firms of ALB and Chambers for many years, and has been rated as "China's Top 10 Intellectual Property Litigation Organizations" for many times. 

Lawyer Quan has the experience of studying abroad in the United States and Japan, and is proficient in Chinese, English and Japanese. She is one of the first batch of Thousand Lawyers specially handling foreign-related matters in the Ministry of Justice with an international vision. Since engaging in the intellectual property industry, she has represented thousands of patent and trademark applications, hundreds of patent and trademark reexamination, invalidation and infringement cases for famous companies at home and abroad. The cases she represented have been selected as "The Gist of the Judgment of the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People's Court" and "The 14 Typical Cases Concluded by the Intellectual Property Courts of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou" of the Supreme Court, etc. She has repeatedly been selected as "Top 10 Patent Lawyers", "Top 10 Trademark Lawyers" and "Top 10 IP Barristers" by China IP Forum, and was recognized as "TOP 50 Excellent IP Lawyers in China" by IPLEAD &IPHOUSE. 

Lawyer Quan serves as the legal adviser of many startup companies, private companies, state-owned enterprises, institutions, listed companies, foreign-funded multinational corporations, etc., and provides clients with a series of legal services such as corporate governance, contract review, intellectual property, labor and personnel prevention, enterprise investment and financing, private equity fund, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, litigation, arbitration, etc., helping clients strategize and safeguard the greatest commercial interests. In addition, Lawyer Quan has organized the exchange grand meeting of WOMEN IN IP Asia for eight consecutive years and achieved good results; she communicates with international counterparts twice a month on how to make suggestions for the improvement of intellectual property law in Asia; she holds intellectual property lectures and carries out research and other activities through Chaoyang Lawyers Association. She has been rated as "Excellent Lawyer in Chaoyang District from 2015 to 2018" and "ALB 2022 Top 15 Female Lawyers in China". 

While practicing, lawyer Quan has been insisting to enrich her theoretical knowledge. For many years, she kept writing, edited the Main Points of the Third Revision of China's Patent Law, the Guide to China's Patent Practice, and published many articles in Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property, serializing in Invention of Japan Magazine, China Pharmaceutical News and other publications.
