湖北得伟君尚律师事务所（“得伟君尚”）成立于1982年，是一家立足于湖北，以建设区域性领先律所为发展目标的合伙制、综合性律师事务所。曾先后被国家司法部、中华全国律师协会授予“部级文明律师事务所”和“全国优秀律师事务所”等荣誉称号。得伟君尚还是上榜国际知名律所评级机构钱伯斯律所名录的湖北省律所之一。

得伟君尚律师团队

得伟君尚现有执业律师300余人，其中合伙人80余名。得伟君尚律师绝大部分毕业于国内外知名的法学院校，大部分拥有硕士以上的学位。其中，近10名律师具有博士学位。得伟君尚不少律师还拥有政府部门和司法机关的工作经历，具备相当深厚的法律知识和丰富的实践经验。除以中文为日常工作语言外，得伟君尚有不少律师还精通英文、日文、法文等主要语种。

得伟君尚有多名律师兼具注册会计师、注册税务师、工程师等跨行业的专业资质资格，另有数名律师兼具美国纽约州等中国境外的律师执业资格。

得伟君尚现有一名律师担任第十三届全国人民代表大会代表，一名律师受聘担任湖北省人民政府参事，一名律师担任第十二届湖北省政协委员。得伟君尚有三名律师先后被授予全国优秀律师称号。

Our team

Dewell has over 300 licensed lawyers, including 80 partners. Most lawyers in Dewell are graduated from reputable law schools at home and abroad, and most of them have a master's degree or above. Among them,nearly 10 lawyers have doctoral degree. Many lawyers have practiced in governments and judicial authorities, which entrust them solid and reliable legal knowledge and plentiful practical experience. Apart from Chinese as their daily working language, many lawyers are also proficient in English, Japanese, French and other main languages.

Dewell has several lawyers who are also qualified as Certified Public Accountan, Certified Tax Agents and engineer. Several lawyers are qualified in practicing in New York State of United States and other countries.

In Dewell, one lawyer is a representative of the 13th National People’s Congress, one lawyer is the legal consultant of the government of Hubei Province, one lawyer is the 12th member of CPPCC of Hubei Province. Three of our lawyers have been awarded the title of National Outstanding Lawyer.
